This question has been asked for years and the answer really does vary depending on how you intend to use the computer and how savvy you are when it comes to building things.
Are you a business? If so, you shouldn’t be using up your valuable time messing with PC parts. Focus on running your business and find a good deal with a pre-built system from Dell, HP, Lenovo.
Home User? Okay, now you have options, but again, how comfortable are you ordering parts and building a system? If you’ve never done it before, then you should seriously consider the time investment to choose the right parts, put them together, troubleshoot any issues that might come up, contact companies if parts fail. The list goes on. People will say, “Yes, build vs buy! You’ll save money.” But your time is worth something, so keep that in mind as well.
